Profile Products’ Brandon White Named to GPN 40 Under 40 Class of 2025

Profile® Products is pleased to announce Brandon White, applied R&D scientist, plant nutrition, has been named as an honoree in the 40 Under 40 Class of 2025 chosen by Greenhouse Product News. Class members are selected for their superior leadership, creativity, innovative thinking, excellence and compassion in and outside the horticulture field. They are nominated by their industry peers, based on personal and professional accomplishments.

“Brandon's ability to blend technical excellence, deep understanding of the industry, and a collaborative style of leadership underscores his impact on both local and global scales,” said Dr. Stephanie Wedryk, senior director of research and development at Profile Products. “His dedication to advancing plant nutrition solutions with environmental stewardship makes him a deserving candidate for this recognition, and we are proud to have him on our team at Profile Products.”

During his time at Profile, White has spearheaded cutting-edge research on fertilizer coating technologies, emphasizing controlled-release fertilizers (CRFs) as an alternative to traditional water-soluble options. His work has directly contributed to the expansion of the company’s product portfolio, fostering innovative applications for both new and existing products. Those products have helped growers within the industry produce higher-quality plants with a better shelf life.

White has worked in the horticulture industry for 15 years. Prior to working at Profile, he was an extension agent in commercial crop production for the University of Florida. He has a master’s degree in soil fertility from Louisiana State University, and his bachelor’s degree in landscape design and management from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
